Welcome to the Carroll County Basketball League. This is where boys in 4th - 8th grade can play a more competitive level of basketball. We strive to teach participants to compete to their highest level of ability, while learning to win and lose with class. We provide a safe and abuse-free environment and expect players, coaches and fans to be respectful of each other and all officials and opponents.
